Technical difficulties...
We released 4.1 a few days ago, but the launcher it came with is having some technical difficulties. We tested it extensively internally, but it turns out we hadn't properly anticipated the number of people and all the various PC setups that would use it. The download has been archived: once we fix the issue, we will reupload.

Tethered Shade
Tethered Shades are Dol Guldur's builder units - they are much cheaper and more durable than other factions' builders, but will vanish after summoning their first building. They are the disembodied spirits of Silvan Elves, bound to the earth by Sauron's dark magic and made to do his bidding.
